Team members work closely with clients and site partners to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to high standards. The company values reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail in every job. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brick Mason role based in Waterford, MI. The Brick Mason will lay bricks, block, and stone for walls, chimneys, walkways, and other structures according to project specifications and building codes. The role involves reading and interpreting plans or layouts, performing repairs and renovation work on existing masonry, and maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean work area. The Brick Mason will work collaboratively with other crew members, follow safety procedures, and support timely, high-quality completion of each project. Qualifications Strong masonry skills, including laying and finishing brickwork for structural and decorative projects Experience working with cement, mortar mixing, and concrete-related tasks Ability to perform stonework, including cutting, setting, and aligning stone surfaces Knowledge of renovation techniques for repairing and restoring existing masonry structures Understanding of construction safety practices and ability to follow safety guidelines on-site Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions Basic skills in reading blueprints or project plans and using standard masonry tools and equipment Prior experience as a brick mason or related construction trade; apprenticeship or relevant certification is a plus Workweeks are from Monday-Friday. We typically work 10 hours daily. Paid weekly, Most of our work is located in Oakland County. Lunch is paid. Paid holidays after 90 days of employment. Great pay!
