Executive Security Agent ARMED

We are seeking a full‑time, highly professional and vigilant Concealed Carry Security Agent to serve as an Executive Protection Agent in New York City. This role demands an individual with a strong background in military combat arms or law enforcement, who can seamlessly blend into a sophisticated environment while ensuring the safety and security of high‑value assets, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will embody discretion, poise, and exceptional customer service, maintaining strict adherence to protocols in a fast‑paced, elite setting. Responsibilities Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and influence across different departments within the team Track and report on program performance, assurance, and compliance requirements within the provided guidelines Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional manner Attend project meetings upon request to assess the security implications of proposed changes Work independently and adapt to various work‑paces while maintaining a high level of attentiveness and energy Responsible for client and family safety, as well as safeguarding client assets Provide safe and secure vehicle transportation to and from designated locations for C‑Level executives and their families Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on‑site Contact the police or fire department if and when there is an emergency Conduct ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments Operate motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner Conduct protective advance operations Maintain up to date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibility Operate in a low profile, low footprint capacity Maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance Follow Executive Protection Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines Comply with Surefox Policy and Procedures Licenses and Certifications Valid New York State concealed carry permit (or ability to obtain one immediately) A valid New York State Special Armed Guard Registration Card Qualifications Required U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization Ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug screening, and reference verification No visible tattoos or piercings that cannot be concealed under professional attire Physical fitness sufficient for extended standing, potential physical confrontation, light lifting Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to de‑escalate situations diplomatically Strong customer service orientation with a focus on discretion and client satisfaction in a luxury setting Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgment under pressure Proficiency in security technology, such as access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and communication devices Desired EMT certification or higher Security or Law Enforcement experience Report writing experience Experience working with families and children in a high‑net‑worth environment International experience Military background #J-18808-Ljbffr Surefox North America Inc
