Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Must be able to lift 35+ lbs Must be able to communicate and understand English Positive communication and teamwork skills Safety and quality-minded Job Duties Packing finished books into boxes and stacking boxes onto pallets Ensuring boxes are packed with the correct quantity and configuration of books Assisting with bindery and finishing equipment as assigned, including feeding, catching, and stacking materials Meeting established production, quality, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment Following all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Communicating effectively and professionally with team members and supervisors Maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with company policy Rotating between workstations or tasks as operational needs require Performing other duties as assigned to support production operations Why This Role?
