In this dynamic position, you can expect to work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care. You'll be responsible for monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and providing ongoing support to help patients achieve their goals. Qualifications A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university/program. A current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with policies and procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills.
