Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience with pediatric populations and school-based caseloads highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Ability to develop creative, individualized treatment plans for students

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families on student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations
• Engage in professional development and ongoing learning to enhance service delivery
