You will learn how our team installs, configures, documents, monitors, and supports enterprise applications in a professional, global IT environment. You will report to the Application Integration Supervisor and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.Key Responsibilities:Participate in the installation/upgrades of applications, including patches and major releases of custom developed and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) softwareHelp review and update tickets in the team queue, including documenting status, gathering basic information, and escalating issuesCreate and maintain knowledge articles, job aids, checklists, for supported applicationsCollaborate with Application Integration Team members and other IT teams to learn standard support processes, change management expectations, and documentation practicesParticipate in team meetings, project discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to develop understanding of enterprise application supportQualifications:Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related degreeCompleted Sophomore year of collegeFamiliarity with operating systems, browsers, networking, programming, and databasesExposure to scripting, programming, or automation concepts through coursework or personal projects, such as PowerShell, Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar.We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
