Our Team Leads are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Team Leads' three main areas of focus are leading excellent shifts when needed, tracking operational systems while leading by example and setting the tone that others will follow, and manage assigned area of the business during a shift with excellence! Position Type: Part-time/Full-time Both Part-time and Full-time positions are available Our Benefits Inclu"de: A fun work environment where you can positively influence others Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays) Learning first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals Opportunity to grow leadership skills Competitive pay: $18/hr Responsibilities: Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team Be a friendly, encouraging team player Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder Count drawers and finalize day Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Track operational systems Assign Team Coordinators task to ensure shift is running smoothly Own assigned area of focus/responsibilities during shift Find coverage for employee call offs Run shifts independently when needed Qualifications and Requirements: Available to work Friday and Saturday on a weeklybasis 20+ hours of availability Must have either opening or closing availability for all shifts Available to work all major holidays if needed Grit and willingness to grow strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members Strong commitment to superior customer service Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance opportunities Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or team lead is a plus but is not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
