Grown Brilliance is seeking a polished, personable, and hospitality-driven Door Ambassador to create an exceptional first impression for every client visiting our Flagship Boutique in SoHo, New York. As the first point of contact for our boutique, the Door Ambassador serves as the face of the brand, ensuring every client receives a warm welcome and a seamless luxury experience from arrival through departure. This individual manages appointment check-ins, welcomes walk-in guests, coordinates client flow, offers boutique hospitality, and partners closely with the sales team to deliver an elevated client experience. The Door Ambassador thrives in a fast‑paced luxury environment, balancing hospitality, organization, and operational excellence while maintaining a polished boutique presentation. While this is not a primary sales role, The Door Ambassador should be comfortable introducing clients to the brand and our collections and may assist with sales when all Jewelry Professionals are engaged to ensure every client receives prompt service. The Door Ambassador embraces learning and utilizes new technologies such as Endear and our POS system. Position Requirements Minimum age requirement of 21 years to ensure alignment with company standards. Background in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, or other high‑touch client‑facing roles preferred. Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and delivering luxury hospitality. Comfortable learning product knowledge and supporting sales when needed. Flexible and adaptable availability to meet dynamic business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence. Active and engaging presence throughout the boutique, maintaining energy and professionalism while standing and walking for extended periods. Pay: Actual compensation will be based on years of experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications. Detail-Oriented & Efficient: Maintains an impeccable boutique environment, completes operational tasks accurately and efficiently, and demonstrates the ability to safely use a ladder and lift up to 50 lbs. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Deliver an exceptional first impression and luxury client experience for every guest entering the boutique. Ensure seamless appointment management, client flow, and boutique hospitality throughout the day. Support boutique presentation and operational excellence by maintaining a polished and welcoming environment. Contribute to exceptional Google Reviews and overall client satisfaction. Assist with sales opportunities when needed to ensure every client receives timely service.
