Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing tailored treatment plans utilizing best practice guidelines and solution-focused interventions. \n
- Delivering diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques based on individual client needs. \n
- Documenting clinical findings and treatment progress accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and relevant regulations. \n
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health providers, to coordinate and enhance patient care. \n
- Participating in regular clinical consultations and peer review sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement. \n
- Providing education and resources to clients and their families regarding various mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, thus fostering informed decision-making. \n
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research trends and clinical advancements in mental health. \n
Your role will involve serving a diverse population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, each with unique needs and backgrounds. You will address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n

Compensation and Benefits\nThis position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
