We are seeking highly motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial individuals to join The Mid-Atlantic Financial Group team. As part of a collaborative group of Financial Advisors, you’ll work closely with clients to help them build, protect, and grow their financial futures while achieving their long-term goals. What You’ll Do After obtaining the required licenses and registrations through our comprehensive Career Development Program (CDP) , your day-to-day may include: Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients Gathering financial information to develop customized financial plans Helping clients prepare for retirement and major life milestones Developing and reviewing investment portfolio recommendations No prior financial services experience is required — our industry-leading training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed. Prior exposure to finance or sales is a plus. Who You Are A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Client-focused and service-driven A strong communicator and relationship builder A problem solver and critical thinker Motivated by continuous learning and professional growth Experienced in sales, networking, or business development (preferred) College degree or equivalent work/life experience (minimum: High School Diploma or GED) What We Provide Sponsorship and support to obtain all required licenses and registrations Structured training through our Career Development Program Joint work opportunities and team mentorship Competitive, performance-based compensation (commissions + bonuses) A clear roadmap for career advancement Access to health, retirement, and insurance benefits (eligibility applies) Compensation Path Overview Your journey begins in the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate Phase , where licensing exam fees and study materials are covered by the Company. Upon successful completion and offer acceptance: CDP Contract Associate (Part-Time): Starting at $15/hour (or applicable minimum wage) Financial Professional Associate (Full-Time): Commission + bonus structure Eligible for 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid leave (per plan terms) Ready to learn more?
