Job Title: React JS Web Lead


?? Role Summary
We're looking for a React JS Web Lead to architect and drive the development of cutting-edge web applications. This role blends technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of front-end developers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions using React.js and modern web technologies.

??? Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using React.js
• Architect reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers
• Ability to build UI components from concept designs and wireframes
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize for performance
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks

?? Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in front-end development, with 5+ years in React.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of React.js workflows (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Experience using WebSockets
• Experience developing with openlayers map library
• Experience developing with ES6+ and SASS
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

?? Preferred Skills
• Experience with micro frontends and module federation
• Knowledge of performance profiling tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
