Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role at the Watkins location. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers in-store, online, and over the phone, actively listening to their needs and recommending appropriate powersports vehicles, equipment, and accessories. Daily responsibilities include guiding customers through the sales process, explaining product features and financing options, preparing quotes, and supporting test rides where appropriate. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, updating customer records in the CRM system, following up on leads, and collaborating with parts, setup, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. In addition, the Sales Consultant will help maintain showroom appearance, support in-store events, and contribute to sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with a track record of building trust, handling questions, and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to adapt to diverse customers.
  • Interest in or knowledge of powersports vehicles is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment. This position includes Saturdays 8am - 3pm.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and CRM or sales software; ability to learn dealership systems quickly.
  • Prior retail, automotive, or powersports sales experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or business are a plus.

Pay: $50,000 - $85,000 per year
