Job Description

NextShining is seeking a motivated and adaptable Management Trainee to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

This role provides hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the business while preparing you for increased leadership and management responsibilities. You will learn how teams operate, how business priorities are managed, and how effective leadership contributes to strong performance.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support daily business operations and internal processes.
