Patient Experience Specialist — Front Desk & Billing

Brown University Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Cranston, RI. You will greet patients, register, schedule appointments, collect payments, obtain referrals and authorizations, and support the front desk with accurate clerical tasks. This role emphasizes privacy, customer service, and teamwork within the Practice. You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, handling daily 8-hour shifts and travel to satellite offices as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brown University Health
