Financial Reporting Manager

To support the financial operations of a global budget, the full-time Financial Reporting Manager will implement finance, accounting, and reporting activities while collaborating with the Finance Team and program leaders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly combined financial statements and analyses, including revenue recognition and deferred revenue analysis Assist with budgeting processes and prepare audit schedules while ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and regulations Partner with regional accountants to review local financial statements and support the global implementation of the annual RightsCon summit series Required qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP (ASC 958) accounting standards related to contributions and grants At least five years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and audit experience Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and financial systems such as SAP or Oracle, with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills Strong financial reporting experience with the ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
