MA1 Logistics is a growing delivery company serving the Chula Vista area from our terminal at 2311 Boswell Road, Chula Vista, CA 91914 (DIB7) . We provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed while delivering packages safely and efficiently throughout the community.

• $22.25/hour
• Biweekly pay
• Guaranteed 40 hours for 5-day schedules and 32 hours for 4-day schedules, even if routes finish early

• Full-Time and Part-Time Delivery Driver opportunities
• 3–5 days per week
• Consistent schedule with 2 consecutive days off
• Open availability preferred
• 11:05 AM – 7:35 PM

• Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Complete approximately 185 stops per day
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Use GPS and delivery apps to navigate routes
• Load, scan, and deliver packages up to 50 lbs
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Delivery driver, courier, rideshare, warehouse, or manual labor experience is a plus
• CDL not required
