Marketing Manager (Richmond)

Work Address: 410 - 6388 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC, V6Y 0L4 Wage: 60/hour Working Hours: 40 hours/week Type: Full time, permanent position Job Duties Develop, implement, direct, and evaluate marketing strategies to promote the company's financial planning, investment, insurance, and wealth management services. Provide recommendations to support strategic planning, service development, and business growth initiatives based on market research findings. Develop client segmentation strategies and targeted marketing plans for individual, family, and business clients. Assist in the development and positioning of new financial products, services, and client programs to meet changing market demands. Establish and maintain referral networks, business partnerships, and community relationships to expand the company's client base and market presence. Develop, manage, and evaluate promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness, support client acquisition and retention, and measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment. Oversee the development of marketing materials, client communications, and promotional content to ensure consistency with corporate branding and business objectives. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to support organizational goals and growth strategies. Work closely with financial advisors and senior management to develop marketing initiatives that support client acquisition, retention, and long-term business growth. Advise senior management on marketing opportunities, market positioning, and strategies to increase the company's visibility and competitiveness. Qualifications A university degree in marketing, business administration, finance, commerce, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, marketing, business development, client acquisition, client relationship management, or a related field. At least 2 years of management, supervisory, or team leadership experience. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including financial planning, investment, insurance, or wealth management services. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to evaluate market trends, identify business opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. #J-18808-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr
