• Training Rate: $43.37/hr
• Certified Rate: $46.21/hr
• $3,500 sign-on bonus

Schedule Options:

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Rotating: 3 On / 3 Off, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with advanced technology, this is your chance to make an impact and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems (Allen Bradley), 480V high-voltage circuits, VFDs, and instrumentation.
• Maintain and optimize pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyor systems, bearings, and related components.
• Use SAP and Rockwell Automation for work orders and reporting.
• Operate forklifts, manlifts, and scissor lifts safely.

What You Bring

• Strong experience with PLC programming, Allen Bradley, and industrial automation.
• Knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work in a team, follow safety protocols, and multitask effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain forklift certification
