Overview Receptionist Location: Danville, IL (In Office) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) Salary Range: $18.00 per hour Job Summary The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors at CCMSI's corporate office in Danville, Illinois. This highly visible role is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming experience while supporting daily office operations and managing a busy, multi-line phone system. Success in this position requires exceptional customer service, professional communication, strong multitasking abilities, and unwavering reliability. The ideal candidate remains composed in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks effectively, and consistently delivers a positive experience to everyone they interact with. As the face and voice of CCMSI, the Receptionist plays an important role in supporting our culture, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
