At DCOMM, we build and maintain the broadband networks that keep people connected to work, school, gaming, streaming, and just about everything else in life.

No experience? That's okay.

We'll teach you the technical skills. You bring the work ethic, the attitude, and the willingness to learn.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

No two days are exactly alike.

One day you'll be installing high-speed internet.

The next you'll be tracking down a service issue and fixing it.

You'll work with fiber optics, coax cable, ladders, tools, technology, and customers who are counting on you to solve their problem.

By the end of the day, you'll be able to point at something and say...

"I built that."

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to climb ladders (up to 28 feet)
• Comfortable working outside in the Texas weather
• Able to lift, carry, and move equipment throughout the day
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Why People Stay

This isn't just another hourly job. Many of our leaders started in the field. The longer you're here, the more you'll learn. The more you learn, the faster you'll become. The faster you become, the more money you'll have the potential to make.

The average Technician for us averages just over $62,000 / yr. Now, because every day is different, every job is different, every market is different, we cannot guarantee that amount to you, but that's the average across the company.

If you're dependable, work hard, and continue learning, there are opportunities to move into roles like:

• Trainer
• Field Supervisor
• Operations Leadership
