We’re seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to play a vital role in our purchasing and planning processes, including Purchase Order Expediting. In this support-focused position, you'll oversee purchase order acknowledgments, communicate with suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Bring: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP essential) and managing large datasets Excellent communication abilities to liaise with suppliers and internal departments Keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and order management Creative problem-solving skills combined with analytical thinking Ability to work effectively with warehouse, customer service, and procurement teams Reliable, professional, and highly organized mindset Preferred Qualifications: Experience in data entry or procurement support roles Familiarity with EDI onboarding and NetSuite case management Educational & Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) At least 1 year of relevant data entry or procurement support experience Additional Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Must be dependable and presentable, with a professional demeanor Trova Advisory Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
