Color Splash Painting is hiring an Outside Sales Estimator in Hilton Head Island, SC. This is a full-time, commission-heavy role with first-year on-target earnings of $150,000 or more, and you'll need documented outside or in-home sales experience to be considered. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do, sit down with a homeowner, build real trust, and turn an estimate into a signed painting job.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Run in-home and on-site consultations with residential and commercial clients.

Close deals using our proven sales process, and we will train you on it.

Follow up on leads fast, no lead left cold, and self-generate your own leads to stack higher commissions.

Build accurate estimates that protect our margins.

Walk the job scope clearly so production has zero surprises.

Keep your pipeline clean in PaintScout, CompanyCam, and Monday.com, then hand off signed jobs cleanly to the project team.
