We are looking for an experienced and dependable Horticultural Supervisor/Foreman/Crew Leader to lead our horticultural crew and maintain high-quality properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. Work references are required. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a horticultural crew
- Perform trimming/pruning
- Have plant knowledge
- Operate truck and trailer safely
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly secured before leaving each job site
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Maintain quality standards and complete jobs efficiently
- Report any equipment damage, property damage, and/or employee injuries immediately
- Experience leading a horticultural crew
- Experience operating a truck and trailer
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Landscape Design experience a plus!
