Partnership + Bonus | Low Call

DeLand, FL | $240K+ Base Salary + Productivity Bonus + Partnership

Join an established and growing multi-specialty group located in DeLand, Florida. The practice specializes in family medicine, internal medicine, and preventative care, operating under a medical team that includes physicians and nurse practitioners. Front desk, Medical Assistant, a person to take measurements and a dedicated referral coordinator provided.

The Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm
  

• Friday, 8am to 2pm
  

• 1 and 4 call, 1.3 call per week average
  

• Around 25 patients per day
  

Compensation and Benefits

• $240,000+ base salary, depending on experience
  

• Productivity bonus based on patient reviews, could equal $15,000+
  

• Partnership option after 1 year
  

• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
  

• Dental and vision benefits covered, $200 per month towards individual health insurance
  

• 3 weeks PTO plus 8 holidays and personal day
  

• Licensing fees and malpractice covered, CME assistance
  

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified
  

• Florida medical license (or eligible to obtain)
  

• Must be able to speak medical Spanish. Fluent is not required
  

• New graduates are welcome
