As a Capital Markets Director - Sales (F) within PNC's Diversified Financial Institutions Group, you will be based in New York, NY.

Preferences: Relevant Financial Institutions Group experience or Sponsor Coverage Licenses: SIE, Series 7, 79 and 63 required within 120 days of hire.

Job Description

Drives sales activities for a specific product(s) or transaction(s). Manages and develops client relationships. Provides superior client experience. Works closely with relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver capital markets solutions to our clients. Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships. Coordinates the execution of key sales and marketing strategies, such as product structuring and product distribution to maximize sales and develop new business activity. Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Maintains compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching to other team members.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $159,600.00 – $296,400.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
