Art Director, Luxury

Summary The Art Director oversees the inception, production and execution of integrated marketing and advertising communications across digital, print, video and social channels. This role partners with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver cohesive 360° campaigns true to the brand. The Art Director also leads photo and video productions, manages post-production and retouching, and ensures projects meet creative, budget and timeline goals. Responsibilities Lead development and delivery of 360 content campaigns across multiple touch points. Collaborate with Brand Creative Leads, Project Managers and cross-functional teams to create campaign assets. Direct and manage photo and video productions, including on-set leadership. Prepare and refine concept presentation materials, including photo and video direction and graphic design. Oversee post-production workflows and retouching to maintain quality and brand standards. Ensure projects adhere to deadlines and budget constraints. Requirements Professional experience, preferably with a fashion company or creative agency. Proven experience commissioning and working with photography from concept through execution. Competence with video development and working with directors, DPs, editors and motion designers. Strong Photoshop, InDesign and Keynote skills; working knowledge of Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects. Significant retouching experience, excellent typography and presentation skills.
