As the first point of contact for incoming callers, you'll play an important role in ensuring questions, requests, and inquiries are routed efficiently to the appropriate resources. Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Direct callers to the appropriate person, department, or resource.
- Take accurate messages and relay information as needed.
- Provide basic information to callers when appropriate.
- Maintain a positive and professional phone presence when interacting with the public.
- Assist with general phone coverage and basic administrative tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Location: Winnsboro, SC.
