Hematology/Oncology opening in Alamogordo, NM - Visa EligibleLocated in Alamogordo - Las Cruces 67mFull-time; PermanentEmployedSeeking BC/BEH1/J1 Visa Assistance Overview: Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician Established cancer center with strong multidisciplinary support Practice mix: 70% Oncology / 30% Hematology Clinic-based role with all chemotherapy delivered outpatient Patient volume: ~14–16 patients per day (including ~3 new consults) Procedures include bone marrow biopsies Shared call with after-hours triage support Work alongside: Oncology-certified nurses, Nurse navigator & clinical nurse specialist with strong surgical and specialty support teams Immediate patient volume with strong community demand--- Comp/Benefits: $700K+ earning potential (base + productivity) Sign-on bonus up to $100K Malpractice provided (including tail) CME allowance + CME days Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan with employer match 40 days total paid time off (PTO + sick + CME)--- Group/Facility Info: 100-bed, not-for-profit hospital Part of a large national faith-based health system Comprehensive cancer center with 10 treatment chairs + private chemo rooms and Linear accelerator, CT, and MRI capabilities Full specialty support including surgery, cardiology, pulmonology, and more* Strong focus on patient-centered, evidence-based care-- About the Area:Alamogordo offers a unique blend of outdoor adventure and small-town charm.
