$45-$50/hour

LTC Therapy: Quincy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services that support resident mobility, safety, endurance, and functional independence.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide treatment focused on balance, gait training, strengthening, transfers, mobility, and pain management
Collaborate with PTA staff and interdisciplinary care teams to support resident recovery goals
Monitor resident progress and update treatment plans based on clinical performance
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license required
