Project Architect – Dallas, TX

About the Opportunity

A major employee-owned U.S. architecture practice is seeking a Project Architect to join its data centers studio in Dallas. The team works on critical facilities, including hyperscale campuses, colocation programs, and enterprise data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and integration of architectural and consultant documents.
• Drive technical detailing and QA/QC processes.
• Manage project schedules and support fee management.
• Mentor and guide team members.
• Present and develop technical solutions with engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Take projects from concept through Construction Documents (CD) and Construction Administration (CA).
• Coordinate design and procurement activities, including early release packages.
• Support projects through fast-paced construction and documentation phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture.
• Proven experience leading teams on large-scale projects.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through CD and CA.
• Strong Revit proficiency.
• Architectural registration or active progress toward registration.
• Mission-critical/data center experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong technical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Must have U.S. work authorization .
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Portfolio must be submitted along with your CV/resume.

• Full-time, on-site position in Dallas, TX.
