Regional routing keeps the focus on maintaining mileage while reducing the amount of time drivers spend waiting at customer locations. Pay & Weekly Miles Drivers earn $1,450 to $1,600 per week while running 2,500–2,600 miles. Additional earnings include detention pay, layover pay, holiday pay, accessorial pay, and optional hazmat opportunities. Home Time & Running Area Drivers typically run 7–9 days followed by a full 34+ hour home reset. Home time can be taken anywhere along the driver's route No runs into NYC or New Jersey More than 30 terminals are available nationwide, giving drivers access to clean showers, gyms, laundry facilities, and support services while running their assigned freight.
