Salary: $120,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and experience assessing beauty and personal care, health, wellness, or consumer packaged goods markets
• Experience building and analyzing financial models and business models
• Critical thinking skills, including the ability to consider context and turn analysis into clear recommendations
• Confident, concise communication skills, including presenting well-reasoned recommendations to executive audiences
• Strong research, data analysis, and market-intelligence skills
• Proficiency with analytics, research, and presentation tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or dashboard tools
• Ability to synthesize large, ambiguous datasets into clear, decision-ready recommendations
• Working knowledge of business analytics and KPI benchmarking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting findings to executives and cross-functional teams
• Detail orientation, critical thinking, and pattern-recognition skills
• Understanding of how commercial activity affects profit and loss, with the ability to frame insights in revenue and margin terms
• Curiosity about market and competitive signals; creative and structured thinking; and comfort working across strategy and commercial functions
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal oversight, communicate credibly with executives, and engage with people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines
• Bachelors degree required; MBA from a top-tier program preferred
• Three to five years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, business analysis, or a related field
• Experience in health, beauty, wellness, or consumer products preferred
• Ability to meet the roles physical demands, including extended desk work, walking and standing in production areas, occasional exposure to manufacturing conditions, lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, and occasional work-related travel; reasonable accommodations may be available

• Lead ongoing competitive, trend, and market intelligence, tracking and forecasting market trends, economic shifts, and industry benchmarks to identify business opportunities
• Prepare weekly and monthly market intelligence and analysis reports covering our business and our brand partners businesses
• Provide competitive and market insights across functional areas and serve as a resource for ad hoc analysis requests
• Assess brand health and provide actionable recommendations for innovation pipelines and category strategy
• Conduct white-space assessments of categories, markets, opportunities, audiences, and trends
• Analyze audience personas and segmentation using primary and secondary research to improve the customer journey
• Gather and synthesize information from internal systems and external databases into cohesive analyses and recommendations for marketing, sales, innovation, and leadership teams
• Build and maintain live dashboards in Tableau and other tools to make performance metrics visible to leadership
• Translate data into reports, charts, models, and presentations for recurring and ad hoc reviews
• Partner with IT to improve data management and automate reporting processes
• Develop repeatable tools and models for cross-functional use across business areas
• Support strategy, marketing, and communications activities with additional duties as assigned
• Support annual and three-year planning by using macro- and micro-level analysis to evaluate growth opportunities and key initiatives
