Float only to tele to take pts, other areas as "helper/resource” Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS, ACLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Critical Care Experience, strong communication skills, adaptability to change.
