ROLE SUMMARY

\n

\n

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Admissions Director to own family acquisition and community outreach for our Hillwood Campus in Nashville, TN. As an individual contributor, you will serve as the primary ambassador for Stellaris, converting digital leads into campus tours, leading family meetings, and closing applications to achieve our milestone enrollment targets.

This role is centered on high-touch parent relationship building, campus presentations, and local community networking. You will be directly supported by an off-site Admissions Coordinator managing lead generation, automated marketing workflows, and database hygiene inside our customer relationship management platform (HubSpot).

\n

\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

\n

Sales Execution & Tour Conversions

\n

\n

\n
• Host daily on-campus tours, open houses, and 1-on-1 parent meetings, articulating the unique value proposition of our IB Primary Years Programme and Spanish immersion model.
\n
• Assist the marketing team to plan and execute omnichannel marketing programs to drive candidate engagement and applications.
\n
• Manage candidate pipelines from initial inquiry to signed enrollment contract and deposit collection.
\n
• Coordinate and conduct child readiness observations and family alignment conversations alongside academic leadership.
\n
• Overcome parent objections, deliver timely personal follow-ups, and convert prospective leads into registered students.
\n

Grassroots Outreach & Community Growth

\n

\n

\n
• Serve as an active brand champion across Nashville by establishing referral partnerships with local businesses, preschools, real estate firms, relocation agencies, and corporate networks.
\n
• Represent Stellaris at local community gatherings, education fairs, and weekend pop-up events.
\n
• Cultivate brand advocacy among enrolled families to stimulate word-of-mouth referral loops.
\n

Pipeline Tracking & Operational Alignment

\n

\n

\n
• Seamlessly manage lead transition from CRM (HubSpot) to HIS (Brightwheel).
\n
• Guide applying families through the Variable Tuition process when requested.
\n
• Deliver clear weekly pipeline performance updates directly to the Head of School, CEO, and Operations Leadership Team.
\n

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE

\n

\n

\n
• Experience: 3+ years in consultative sales, private school admissions, high-end hospitality, or premium customer acquisition.
\n
• Communication: Exceptional face-to-face, phone, and written communication skills; confident commanding a group presentation or hosting individual family discussions.
\n
• Language Proficiency: Conversational or working proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred to reflect our immersion model, though native fluency is not strictly required.
\n
• Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives on clear goals, operates with urgency, and is driven by performance incentives.
\n
• Tech Literacy: Proficient with modern CRM tools and enrollment platforms (HubSpot, Brightwheel, Google Workspace).
\n
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
\n
