Being our Shift Leader requires you to work fast-paced in our high volume restaurant. Shift Leader supports the Manager in Charge for each shift. While the Shift Leader is for Front of House, we expect this individual to be willing to help in all areas of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Knowledge of restaurant a plus
• Excellent communication and verbal skills
• Work and lead well in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
• Knowledge of and adherence to food safety standards
• Possess a high level of integrity and honesty
• Positive, responsible, accountable, polite, and organized
• Ability to multitask
• Basic computer and Ipad competency
• Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Customer Service-Oriented

Responsibilities:

• Run shifts without any supervision
• Supports the senior leadership team by completing any delegated tasks
• Takes action to solve customer issues or complaints as they arise
• Execute proper security and cash handling procedures with team
• Leads by example, using our CORE 4 model to serve guests: make eye contact, share a smile, speak enthusiastically and make a connection
• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Senior Leadership Team
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all reporting employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
• Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks for the specific area the Shift Supervisor oversees
• All other duties as assigned
