Senior Merchandising Manager - Off-Price Retail

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Edinburg, TX is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead daily store operations, maintain the selling floor, and deliver a WOW shopping experience aligned with Burlington's Core Values. You will guide the floor team, coordinate promotions and floor sets, ensure accurate pricing and ticketing, and work with the Store Manager to resolve merchandising issues and optimize layouts.
