Job Full Description

Owner Relations Manager - $20/hr +

Express is hiring an Owner Relations Manager in Pigeon Forge, TN.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor property performance, review financial reports, and identify opportunities for profitability improvements
Resolve owner concerns professionally and proactively to nurture positive long-term partnerships
Support budgeting, capital improvement planning, and provide recommendations for property enhancements
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, delivering outstanding support and relationship management

Qualifications include:

Previous experience in a related field required. (3-5 years)
Proficiency in MS office.

Full time/ Day shift
