Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop appropriate treatment plans and goals. Document patient care clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Participate in student programs, providing positive learning experiences with appropriate supervision. Create an individualized professional development plan and pursue ongoing education and training opportunities. Adhere to the discipline‑specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing. Demonstrate awareness of organizational performance improvement methodologies, contributing to enhanced service delivery. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Outpatient clinical experience ranging from 6 months to 1 year. Current CPR certification. Active and applicable state licensure in good standing.
