Directs and coordinates activities of design disciplines and construction teams on projects of varying sizes, with a focus on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities.Responsibilities include:Communicates and coordinates with team all deliverables as well as scope, schedule, and budget.Direct coordination with clients and other external partners.May lead or assist in pursuit/proposal management and contract negotiations.Assist in direction of project planning, budgeting, and establishing critical project objectives.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, and/or construction management or equivalent years of relevant experience.Minimum 7 years related experience, 10 years experience preferred, including resident engineering and/or field experience on airport facility projects.Minimum 5 or more years managing complex airport and airline projects, with a focus on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities.Project size may vary. Resident engineering and/or field experience on airport facility projects.Must have ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government and public contacts on project-related matters.Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, problem solving and project finance skills.Solid understanding of FAA criteria is required.Professional Registration preferred.Compensation Range$150,000-$300,000The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location.
