Why You’ll Be a Great Fit 2+ years of experience working as a veterinary assistant or in a related role, with a strong understanding of veterinary processes Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond for patients and teammates A proactive, adaptable attitude with the ability to assist in various aspects of clinic operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and positive client interactions Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a growth mindset that aligns with our culture of curiosity Compassionate approach that ensures pets receive high‑quality care and clients feel informed and at ease The pay range for this position is $28.50–32.30 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on bonus and equity grant units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
