Recruiter Job Description: Manage the full cycle recruiting process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Recruiter Job Description: We are seeking a new team member who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and time management skills. We also look for: At least two years of related experience Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Awesome communication skills Ability to be engaged proactively High level of integrity and empathy Positive, team-oriented attitude Excellent computer and typing skills Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Remote Requirements: Not hiring in the following states: NY, TX, PA, DC, MA, CT, ME, VT, CO, MT, CA, OR, MD Secure home office consisting of: Dedicated high-speed Internet (Cable, DSL, Fiber) with access via a hardwired connection (not wi-fi) Internet speed required to be at 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, and Latency of 100 ms or below Please note that T-Mobile Home 5G Internet is not supported for our remote work environment due to performance and reliability concerns.
