CNC Mill Machinist
1st Shift | 4-Day Work Week
We're looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our
team in a clean, comfortable, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complete machine setups,
problem-solving, and producing quality parts while working with modern
equipment and a supportive leadership team.
Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis Haas CNC Mills with Haas Controls
• Perform fixturing, tooling, work offsets, and tool offsets
• Prove out programs and make G & M code edits
• Adjust feeds and speeds to optimize performance
• Run production while maintaining quality standards to ±.005\"
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform first article and in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers
• Operate laser cutting equipment
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues
• Maintain equipment and keep a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC mill setup and operation experience
• Experience with Haas Controls preferred
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Ability to edit G & M code at the machine
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of BLAINE, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $87000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
