About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our care team. As an LPN, you will provide direct care to our residents, including administering medications, implementing care plans, and monitoring resident well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and support for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring resident condition

• Implement care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and experience

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri

• Experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred
