Vocelli Pizza is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. If you're passionate about customer service, team leadership, and driving results, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Oversee sales, budgeting, and cost controls.
- Maintain high standards while managing costs.
- Build, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Implement and manage store sales promotions.
What You'll Handle:
- Office: Scheduling, labor and food cost management, hiring strategies.
- On the Floor: Leading the team, hiring, training, and staff development.
- Additional Duties: Making pizzas, answering phones, engaging with customers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable, results-driven, and passionate about food.
