Project Manager (Commercial Roofing)

Client Well established roofing contractor specializing in commercial and federal projects throughout Maryland. Job Description Lead and manage all phases of large commercial roofing projects, from pre-construction through to completion. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and superintendents to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. Oversee on-site safety and compliance, review project plans, estimates, and contract documents, maintain project schedules, and resolve any issues that arise. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within commercial roofing Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems Proven ability to manage crews and superintendents across large-scale projects Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr Frey Consulting Group
