Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our team of 25 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers (APPs) at Peace Health Southwest Medical Center.
• Work alongside medical directors, clinical performance nurses, and a program manager.

Qualifications:

• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians are welcome to apply.
• Open to experienced or new grad physicians with availability to commence practice prior to summer 2027; we are not yet considering 2027 residents for this role.
• H1B candidates invited to apply; access to Sound's in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered.

Scheduling:

• We offer a standard 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule.
• Other flexible schedule options may also be available.
• We support one another by covering shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Our hospital has a closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist support, and we don't require procedures or codes.
• Opportunity to work with Family Medicine residents.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Competitive yearly salary in the range of $288K+, depending on experience and shift obligation.
