Pharmacy Technician - Hospital
Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a PRN Pharmacy Tech position in the Fountain Valley, CA area. This is a role for a highly respected hospital client in the healthcare industry. If you are a highly competent pharmacy tech looking for a new position, we would like to speak with you! Description:
- Check-in of daily drug orders and compile a list of drugs to be ordered daily
- Repackage bulk items into unit doses
- Organize cart fill/med cabinet
Position Requirements:
- State pharmacy technician license required
- Hospital inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
- Team player mentality
Job Details:
- Coverage details: PRN basis, dates may vary
- Weekend coverage potential, as needed
- Dress code: black scrubs or business casual
