Caregivers provide hands‑on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a difference every day. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Support resident care plans and individualized needs Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing Observe and report changes in resident condition Document care and services provided Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day Qualifications Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred Assisted living or memory care experience a plus Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life What Makes a Great Fit We are looking for someone who: Leads with compassion and positivity Enjoys building relationships with seniors Works well independently and as part of a team Takes pride in providing exceptional care Brings energy, patience, and reliability to every shift What Our Associates Say About Charter “It truly feels like family at Charter.”
