Job Summary Steven Automotive Group is seeking enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team. Our sales professionals take a consultative approach, helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional purchase and ownership experience. Whether you're experienced in automotive sales or starting a new career, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support needed for success. Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process. Build relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending the right vehicle. Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives. Assist customers with financing and credit applications. Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, and manufacturer programs. Help ensure the showroom and vehicle inventory are professionally presented. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while providing outstanding customer service. Compensation $45,000 - $100,000+ annually Compensation includes a competitive commission plan with uncapped earning potential.
