About You We’re looking for people who are excited to explore a career in client relations that is rewarding personally, professionally, and financially. With a self‑starter attitude, you’ll be collaborative and have the enthusiasm to understand people’s needs. Requirements Rising sophomores and juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028 Availability to participate within program dates: June 8th, 2026 and ends: August 7th, 2026 Preferred areas of study include, but are not limited to the following: Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics. Preferred: On the SOA Exam Track Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Gallagher hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non‑immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. We will require proof of work authorization Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
